Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order impugned. In case an appeal is filed within two weeks, the appellate authority shall proceed to decide the same after due opportunity of hearing of all the parties concerned expeditiously.
