The present application has been filed with the following prayer:- "Wherefore, it is most humble prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quashed the impugned Summoning Order dated 25/10/2023 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Room No. 16, Sultanpur as well as Charge Sheet dated 22/10/2018 arising out of Case Crime No. 603/2016, Under Section-307/323/504/427/452/506 I.P.C. read with Section-34 1.P.C. Police Station-Musafirkhana, District-Sultanpur NowAmethi) against the petitioners, in the interest of justice. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay further proceeding Crl. Case No. 3422/2018 State Versus Junaid @ Papoo & others, Case Crime No. 821/2017, Under Section-307/323/504/427/452/506 I.P.C. read with Section-34 I.P.C. relating to Police Station-Musafirkhana, District-Sultanpur (NowAmethi) against the petitioners." Learned A.G.A. has stated that there is remedy available to the applicants by way of filing revision, which has not been disputed. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. It is consigned to record. Liberty is granted to the applicants to avail the remedy available under law.
