¶1Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset submits that after filing this writ petition certain developments have taken place and also order has been passed by Sub Divisional Officer cancelling the quota granted to the petitioner and consequently prays that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh after assailing the subsequent order.
