¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Short counter affidavit filed today on behalf of respondent nos.7 to 9 is taken on record. In the said affidavit, it is stated that objections of respondent nos.7 to 9 under Section 17 of SARFAESI Act are pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal concerned. It is also admitted that no stay order is passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The proceedings under Section 14 is already decided by order dated 6.8.2022.

¶3In view thereof, respondent no.4-Additional City Magistrate (Fourth), Lucknow is directed to decide the proceedings in accordance with law and take it to its logical conclusion within a period of six weeks from today, unless there is any legal impediment.
