¶1An illness slip has been sent by the counsel for the petitioner, however as the matter is very old one, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter.

¶2The present petition was filed challenging an order whereby the application for grant of arm license was dismissed.

¶3Considering the fact that the application was dismissed in the year 2014, I do not see any reason to interfere after nine years. The petitioner would be at liberty to apply for arms license afresh.

¶4In case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered on its merit without being influenced by the order dated 29.04.2014.
