Writ Petition No.7982 of 2023, which was considered by this Court and dismissed on merits on 13.10.2023. He has produced copy of the order dated 13.10.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
