The petitioner/Financial Institution has approached this Court claiming that though the order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, is passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Lucknow on 20.04.2023, but till date the same is not given effect to. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Lucknow to execute the order 20.04.2023 and bring the same to its logical conclusion, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is furnished before him, unless there is any legal impediment in this regard.
