(1) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit today which is taken on record.

(3) In the said supplementary affidavit, it has been stated that a compromise has occurred between the petitioner and the respondent no.4 at the police station concerned.

(4) Learned A.G.A., has produced before this Court the instructions sent by Shri Aminuddin Ansari, the Sub-Inspector of Police Station Sirsiya, District Shrawasti, wherein it has been stated that the Charge-sheet No.A-281 of 2023, dated 20.11.2023, has been prepared and sent to the Supervisory Authority.

(5) Since the Charge-sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer, it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and filed with the Charge-sheet before the Trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage.
