23.11.2023, which reads as under:: "On previous dates fixed i.e. 20.09.2023 and 18.10.2023, the case was adjourned on account of illness slip of Shri Girdhari Lal Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant. Today, when the case was called out, no one appeared on behalf of the applicant to press the present applicant. In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, the case is adjourned. List this case on 30.11.2023, as fresh. It is made clear that on the next date of listing, the case would not be adjourned even on the ground of illness slip and appropriate order would be passed even in absence of learned counsel for the applicant." Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the illness slip, and accordingly, the application is rejected. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
