Learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents has pointed out the counter affidavit filed on 15.05.2023 wherein paragraph-06 it has been stated by the Investigating Officer that the petitioners are not cooperating in the investigation in the garb of obtaining of interim order before this Court. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the Investigating Officer in Case Crime No. 0182 of 2023 on 05.12.2023 in between 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM. In case of failure of the petitioners to approach the Investigating Officer and cooperating in the investigation the interim protection granted to them till 05.12.2023 shall not be available to them.
