The instant application has been filed with a prayer to direct the opposite party no. 3, i.e., Consolidation Officer, Barabanki to decide the objection of the petitioners pending in Case No. 745, Hanuman and others Vs. State within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the opposite party no. 3, is hereby directed to decide the objection, if any, filed by the petitioners within period of six months from the date of certified copy is produced before it, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
