This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report No.0196 of 2023 U/s 376D, 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Manpur, District-Sitapur as contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." This Court has perused the pleadings on record and from the array of parties finds that the petitioners have disclosed the identity of the victim.
