¶1Case called out. Learned standing counsel for the State is present.

¶2It has been informed that members of the bar are abstaining from judicial work.

¶3The instant petition has been filed with a prayer that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the opp. party no. 2/ Judicial Member, Board of Revenue U.P. Lucknow to decide the Revision No. 2877/ 2010-11 computerized case no. R201111490045748 titled as Gurusharandas Chela Ramharsh Das Vs. Shatyendra & other U/S 219 U.P. Land Revenue Act 1901, Expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice and further prayed that any other order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem just, fit and proper be passed in favour of the petitioner in the interest of justice.

¶4Learned standing counsel for the State submits that as per statutory provisions in paragraph 458(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, manual, Amendment, 2016, the time prescribed for deciding such cases is six months.

¶5In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Judicial Member, Board of Revenue U.P., Lucknow is directed to decide the Revision No. 2877/ 2010-11 computerized case no. R201111490045748 titled as Gurusharandas Chela Ramharsh Das Vs. Shatyendra & other U/S 219 U.P. Land Revenue Act 1901, within a period six months, from the date of certified copy is produced before it, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.

¶6The aforesaid order is subject to cooperation of the petitioner.
