16.10.2023, after hearing the parties, found that it was a fit case for being referred for arbitration and had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Govind Mathur, R/o 43, Central School Scheme, Air Force Area, Jodhpur Mob. No.9425800315, retired Chief Justice of this Court to act as an arbitrator and had sought his consent. The office report dated 29.11.2023 indicates that the consent has been received. Accordingly, in light of the order dated 16.10.2023, the Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice Govind Mathur, R/o 43, Central School Scheme, Air Force Area, Jodhpur Mob. No.9425800315, retired Chief Justice of this Court, as a Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same in accordance with law. The Registry of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Govind Mathur, R/o 43, Central School Scheme, Air Force Area, Jodhpur Mob. No.9425800315, retired Chief Justice of this Court, who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed.
