¶1Case called out. Learned standing counsel for the State is present.

¶2It has been informed that members of the bar are abstaining from judicial work.

¶3The instant petition has been filed with the following reliefs:-

(i) Direct the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Deputy Director Consolidation, District-Barabanki to decide the interim relief application dated 19.04.2023 in revision no. 0128 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. 202354041200000128) "Jagdish Sharan and others Vs. Anurudh Kumar and others).

(ii) Issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioners in the interest of justice.

(iii) Allow the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioners.

¶4It has been pointed out by standing counsel for the State that interim relief application dated 19.04.2023 is pending in the revision no. 0218 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. 202354041200000128) "Jagdish Sharan and others Vs. Anurudh Kumar and others).

¶5In view of the aforesaid, submissions, the Deputy Director Consolidation, District-Barabanki is directed to decide the interim relief application dated 19.04.2023 in revision no. 0128 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. 202354041200000128) "Jagdish Sharan and others Vs. Anurudh Kumar and others), within a period of six weeks, from the date of certified copy is produced before it, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.

¶6The aforesaid order is subject to cooperation of the petitioners.
