¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

¶2After advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application.

¶3The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application.
