A further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to take a decision on the affiliation application dated

As the application for affiliation is still pending for consideration with the respondent no. 3 i.e Board of Technical Education , Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow consequently, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to take a final decision on the affiliation application of the petitioner. Let a decision be taken in accordance with law and the relevant rules & Act within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order provided there is no legal impediment.
