Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that inadvertently he could not place the order-sheet on record in respect of the proceedings of which he sought expedition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh with appropriate order-sheets with up-to-date and necessary pleadings.
