¶1Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is permitted to delete the respondent No.2, who is no more, from the array of parties forthwith.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

¶3After advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application.

¶4The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application.
