¶1Heard Shri Suresh Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material available on record.

¶2This petition has been filed for a direction of disposal of Original Suit No. 715 of 2016 (Jiya Lal Vs. Hari Lal and others) filed by opposite party no. 2.

¶3The petitioners are the defendants in the said suit and perusal of the order sheet filed by the petitioners indicates that the written statement has not been filed by all the parties till date and the case is being listed for filing the written statement, therefore, at this stage, at the instance of the petitioner, no direction can be issued.
