21.10.2023 contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition by which an Inquiry Committee had been constituted to inquire various complaints including complaint against the petitioner herein, who according to him, is habitual of submitting complaints against persons. The Inquiry Committee has concluded the inquiry and submitted a report to the District Magistrate, Hardoi, but, no decision has been taken on the said report as yet. Let the competent authority whether it be the District Magistrate, Hardoi or the District Basic Education Officer, Hardoi or any other authority take a decision in the matter as per law unless there is any legal impediment in this regard. We make it clear that we have not at all entered into the merits of the allegations and counter allegations which shall be seen by the competent authority.
