This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no. 1 to 5 to make an enquiry against the opposite party no. 6 and not to enter the name of opposite party no. 6 in Parivar Register of village of petitioner.

(ii) Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in the circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner.

(iii) Allow the writ petition with costs.Lucknow :" Opposite party no.6 is a private party. The dispute is one of private nature. We fail to understand as to how this petition is maintainable. This is nothing but an abuse of process of the court. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) which shall be deposited by the petitioner within two months, failing which, it shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue and the Senior Registrar shall issue a recovery certificate in this regard.
