Court No. - 16 Case :- CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 1319 of 2023 Revisionist :- Harveer Singh @ Saurabh Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko. And Another Counsel for Revisionist :- Dinesh Kumar Verma,Sharad Kumar Verma Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Subhash Vidyarthi,J. Heard Sri Dinesh Kumar Verma, the learned counsel for the revisionist, Sri S.P. Tiwari, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the records. This revision has been filed under Section 19 (4) of Family Court's Act, 1984 against an order dated 18.10.2023, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhimpur Kheri awarding a meager amount of Rs.1500/- per moth to the revisionist's wife-respondent no.2 as interim maintenance and awarding her Rs.2000/- towards litigation expenses. The interim maintenance awarded to the revisionist's wife appears to be very meager and a final decision on the maintenance payable to the respondent no.2 is yet to be taken by the learned Family Court. There appears to be no such illegality in the impugned order as would amount warrant interference by this court in the revision filed by the revisionist. The revision lacks merit and the same is accordingly dismissed. . (Subhash Vidyarthi, J.) Order Date :- 2.12.2023 Ram. High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
