23.11.2023. Learned AGA has produced before this Court instructions sent by Sub-Inspector of police station Leelapur, District Pratapgarh dated 28.11.2023 along with a copy of Case Diary, which are taken on record, wherein the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate concerned is contained. This Court has gone through the statement of victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. This Court finds no good ground to show interference as prayed in this petition.
