The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the first information report dated 22.07.2022 at Case Crime No. 0358 of 2022 under Section 406, 420 IPC at Police Station Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow and with a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioner. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions sent by Sub-Inspector Shri Vijay Shankar Singh, police station Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow and the same is taken on record. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions states that Final Report has been prepared and submitted in the Court concerned on 20.01.2023, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
