¶1None appears on behalf of the petitioners and learned AGA for the State-respondents is present.

¶2Learned A.G.A. has filed short counter affidavit and the same is taken on record.

¶3Learned AGA on the basis of short counter affidavit states that investigation has been concluded and a Final Report No.293 of 2022 was prepared by the Investigating Officer and forwarded to the Supervisory Authority for onward transmission to Court concerned, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
