Sri Rajeev Ratan Chaudhary, learned Standing Counsel raised preliminary objection that the fair price shop in question has been allotted to one Sri Vimal Kumar under Dying-in-Harness by means of the decision dated 01.12.2023 passed by the Tehsil Level Committee, therefore this petition has rendered infructuous. Sri Beer Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as may be available under law.
