¶1None appears on behalf of the petitioners. Learned A.G.A. for State-respondents is present.

¶2A short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of State and the same is taken on record.

¶3Learned AGA on the basis of short counter affidavit states that investigation has been concluded and Final Report No. B-64 of 2023 has been prepared on 19.09.2023 and the same is being forwarded to the Circle Officer concerned for onward submission to the Court concerned.

¶4Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the supervisory authority to place the final report before the court concerned within two weeks, if not already filed.

¶5Till the submission of final report before the competent court or till six weeks, whichever is earlier, petitioner nos.1 to 3-Girish Chandra Srivastava, Meena Srivastava and Pramod Kumar Srivastava alias Pankaj shall not be arrested in pursuance to the impugned FIR.
