Sri Kirti Kar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have filed Regular Suit no.21 of 2022 for permanent injunction, in which exparte temporary injunction has been granted on 03.01.2022. The petitioner has filed the objection to the application and the written statement annexed as Annexure-2 with the petition but the application 6-C for temporary injunction filed by the respondents has not been disposed of till date. Therefore, he makes innocuous prayer for direction for disposal of the application within some short stipulated period. Perusal of the order sheet placed on record indicates that the case is listed on 19.12.2022 for disposal of the application Ga6. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed in this petition, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. Without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and dispose of the application Ga6 for temporary injunction filed along with Regular suit no.21 of 2022 expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no impediment, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
