Anju Pandey Counsel for Petitioner :- Nirmal Singh Yadav,Divya Yadav Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. Heard Ms.Divya Yadav learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed for a direction for disposal of divorce petition no.400/2022 filed by the petitioner under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent is residing separately since 2005, therefore, a direction may be issued for disposal of the suit within some short stipulated period. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the divorce petition has been filed in the year, 2022 and the Court is proceeding with the case. The evidence of P.W-1 and P.W-2 was filed on 24.07.2023 and, thereafter, on the very next date, last opportunity for cross examination was granted thereafter, the case has been adjourned on account of strike of lawyers, therefore, it cannot be said that the court is unnecessary adjourning the case. In view of the above, this Court is of the view, no direction is required at this stage. The petition is dismissed accordingly. (Rajnish Kumar,J.)
