¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Learned counsel for parties agree that there is a notice given to the petitioners for demolition under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and petitioners have filed their objection against the same. The said objections are pending before respondent no.4-Tehsildar, Tehsil Karnailganj, District Gonda.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha make a statement that any further action against the petitioners shall be subject to final orders passed by the Tehsildar. The said statement is taken on record.

¶4Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid statement. However, respondent no.4-Tehsildar, Tehsil Karnailganj, District Gonda is expected to decide the objections filed by petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law. He shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment including on the ground of strike of lawyers.
