¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that private respondent no.7 has encroached upon the public path for which, he has moved an appropriate representation.

¶3Sri Pahul Srivastava holding brief of Sri Namit Sharma, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation states that representation of petitioner is under consideration before respondent no.4-Zonal Officer 2nd, Municipal Corporation, Lucknow, who shall conclude the entire proceedings and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, within a period of two months from today after hearing all parties concerned.
