Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has moved a application under Rule 3 of Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997, with regard to financial irregularities committed by the Gram Pradhan before the District Magistrate concerned, which is still pending. In view of aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate/Collector, District Faizabad/Ayodhya to consider the application moved by the petitioner and passed orders in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of certified copy of this order.
