¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that private respondents have sold the property and now he should be handed over possession.

¶3Admittedly, a civil suit is pending with regard to the property in dispute. The petitioner may approach the Civil Court in civil suit or take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
