Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 04.10.2023, whereby his representation is rejected by the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner states that there are no reasons given in the said order for rejecting the objection raised by the petitioner with regard to calculation of the amount demanded. Perusal of the order says that the same is decided only on the basis of ofÏce report of the Development Authority, without considering any of the objections of the petitioner, thus, the impugned order dated 04.10.2023 cannot stand and is hereby set aside. Respondent no. 7/OfÏce-Incharge, Commercial Section, Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow is directed to decide the objection of the petitioner in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks.
