¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Abdul Haq Siddiqui, learned counsel who has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2.

¶2The parties have entered into a compromise with regard to Case No.4028 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No.129 of 2012, under Section 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Bazar Khala, District Lucknow. The said compromise has been duly verified in terms of the report dated 16.08.2023 (Annexure - 5).

¶3In view thereof, the proceedings of Case No.4028 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No.129 of 2012, under Section 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Bazar Khala, District Lucknow are quashed.
