Petitioner's grievance is that she took admission in BA-Ist year in the Academic year 2021-22, but did not attend any class as she got admitted in the Delhi University. The petitioner raised a claim for refund of the fee deposited but the same has not been considered nor decided. I.T. College is an associate college of Lucknow University. There is no counsel for the IT college before this Court. Instead of issuing notice, leaving all pleas open for consideration by the concerned, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite party No.3 and/ or 4, as the case may be, to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner submitted in this regard, within six weeks. If as a result of such decision petitioner is entitled to any refund, the same shall be paid within 15 days therefrom. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
