¶2Similar matter has already been decided in terms of the directions issued on 28.11.2023 by this Court in leading writ petition i.e. Writ-C No.8124 of 2023: Shailender Singh and Others vs. Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad High Court Allahabad and Others.

¶3The benefit of the directions shall also be available to the present petitioner in terms of the order dated 28.11.2023 (supra).
