Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondent nos.3 and 4 have filed Revision No.208, under Section 48 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act against the order dated 03.08.2002 after about 18 years, in which an interim order has been granted but the same is not being disposed of and the case is being adjourned for one or the other reason. He makes an innocuous prayer for a direction for disposal of revision in some short stipulated period. To which, there is no objection by learned Standing Counsel and learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed, the requirement of issuance of notice to the respondent nos.2 to 9 is dispensed with. Without entering into the merit of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation-Bahraich to dispose of the revision filed by the respondent nos.3 and 4 expeditiously, in accordance with law, say within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. ...................................................................(Rajnish Kumar, J.)
