Petitioner has approached against the recovery order passed by District Program Coordinator / District Magistrate, Pratapgarh, whereby certain order for misappropriation of MANREGA fund is passed. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the same before appropriate Court as per the Govt. order.
