09.11.2023 whereby the petitioners are restrained from participating in the election of the Managing Committee of Lucknow Chapter of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Admittedly, as on date the petitioners have raised their objections before the Council which is seized with the matter and also noted that it would be decided by the Council under Regulation 146-A of the Cost and Works Accountants Regulations, 1959. Since the Council is already seized with the matter and at present no elections are not going to take place, therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court and challenge the order passed by the Council in case they so suffer at that stage.
