¶1Short counter affidavit has been filed by learned A.G.A. for the State, which is taken on record.

¶2Learned A.G.A. states that after due investigation charge sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer on

27.11.0223 and the same has been sent to the supervisory authority for supervision and onward transmission to the court concerned.

¶3Since the charge sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer, it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and has been forwarded to the supervisory authority for onward submission to the court concerned.

¶4In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed.
