¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2It appears that a claim under 'Mukhya Mantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana' has been filed but the same has not been considered and decided till date.

¶3Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, it is hereby provided that the pending claim of the petitioner filed before the District Magistrate, Lucknow may be considered and decided within a period of two months from the date of production/receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
