¶1Heard the counsel for the applicant, learned AGA as well as Sri Deepak Yadv who has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents no. 2 & 3.

¶2The present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the proceedings of case no.1749 of 2022 (State vs. Sarvajeet Yadav and others) arising out of case crime no.498 of 2018 under sections 324, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Bilgram District Hardoi.

¶3It is argued that the matter has been compromised and the verification report is on record at Annexure no.6.

¶4In view thereof, the proceedings of case no.1749 of 2022 (State vs. Sarvajeet Yadav and others) arising out of case crime no.498 of 2018 under sections 324, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Bilgram District Hardoi are quashed.
