¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents.

¶2This petition has been filed with following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the opposite party no to 3 to take ensure free, fair and transparent investigation of the case crime no. 0530/2023, U/S 365 1.P.C. at Police Station District-Ayodhya. Kotwali Rudauli,

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the opposite party no 3 to record the statements of petitioner in above said case immediately"
