¶1Quasi judicial order passed by the court of Commissioner has been assailed in the present Public Interest Litigation. There is no assistance or participation of the petitioner in the quasi judicial proceedings decided by means of the impugned order.

¶2We do not find it a fit case for entertaining the instant petition under the heading of P.I.L. in absence of any role that has been played by the petitioner before the competent authority or in the appeal arising out of the order passed by the competent authority before the court of Commissioner.
