¶1Heard the counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA.

¶2The present application has been filed challenging the order dated 26.10.2023 whereby the revisional court has remanded the matter for passing a fresh orders after hearing the parties on merits. The court had even fixed 02.11.2023 for the parties to be present.

¶3Considering the fact that the order is that of remand, no good ground for interference is made out. However, the present application is disposed off directing that the fresh orders, in terms of the remand dated 26.10.2023 shall be passed with all expedition preferably within a period of two months from today.
