¶1Heard the counsel for the applicants, learned AGA as well as Sri R.K. Yadav the counsel for the respondent no.2.

¶2In terms of the compromise, the parties have settled the issue in between themselves. Earlier the parties had approached this court, which was disposed off by an order dated 19.09.2023.

¶3In terms of the said order, the compromise has been verified by the ACJM, Court no.30, Lucknow. The said verification is also on record.

¶4In view thereof, the proceedings of criminal case no.45739 of 2020 (State vs. Naushad A Khan and others) arising out of Case Crime No.0156 of 2020 under sections 406, 420, 506 IPC, P.S. Kakori, District Lucknow are quashed.
