¶2The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 847 of 2023, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, registered at Police Station Dewa, District Barabanki.

¶3The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 25.09.2023 against four persons, including the applicant, stating that the accused persons have formed a gang led by the applicant. Two cases have been lodged against them in this regard.
