¶1The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the proceedings of case no.360 of 2023 (State vs. Daddan @ Shri Krishna and others) arising out of case crime no.0584 of 2022 under sections 323, 504, 308, 325 IPC P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda as well as the summoning order dated

16.01.2023 including the charge-sheet no.01 of 2022 dated

19.10.2022.

¶2After arguing at some length, the counsel for the applicants states that the applicants want to avail their remedy in terms of law as declared in the case of Satender Kumar Antil v CBI; 2022 SCC OnLine SC 825.
